2. Affiliate Program

Affiliate Earnings: Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on referred memberships, provided their referrals remain active.

Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must promote KWEN ethically and in alignment with our mission and Avoid false claims, spam, or misleading representations of KWEN.

Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly, subject to the referral meeting all terms, including the payment of their membership fee.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products and resources, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation: Members may cancel at any time, but access to resources and affiliate privileges will end at the conclusion of the billing cycle.

4. Use of the Platform

Account Responsibility: Members must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

Content Usage: WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PLR All other resources, training materials, and digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, modified, or sold.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to: Engage in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws. Use the KWEN platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content. Disparage KWEN or its members publicly or privately.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and branding associated with KWEN are the exclusive property of KWEN and may not be used without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

KWEN is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our

platform, including lost profits or data.

8. Termination of Membership

KWEN reserves the right to terminate any membership for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions,

including non-payment, unethical behavior, or misuse of the platform.
